SPARKES Land & the DOGGS ISLAND in PATOMACK RIVER as by a Writeing from under his hand bearing date the 20th of September 1658; & recorded may appeare, Now Knowe pee that wee the sd. JOSEPH FEILDING & JOHN GARNER doe sett for us our heires transferr & assigne over all our right title & interest of & in the sd.
